What is TascU? One connected platform for the working day

TascU connects working time, schedules, projects, workforce operations and reporting so companies do not have to manage one process across several disconnected tools.

Workforce management is not only about measuring time. Every day a company needs to know who is expected to work, who is actually working, which project people are working on, how much time work consumed, whether records need correction and which information should eventually reach reporting or payroll preparation.

Many companies solve these questions with separate tools. The schedule is in one spreadsheet, time tracking in another system, project hours somewhere else and absence information travels through messages or email. Each individual tool may work, but manual administration appears between them.

TascU connects the different parts of the workday

TascU is designed to keep information from the same work process connected. Employees can register a working day or project-based work, manage breaks and see their schedule. Managers can plan work, review registered time, manage projects and approve records before final reporting.

When working time is connected to a project, the company no longer sees only a total number of hours. It can also understand where those hours went. When the project has an estimated effort, planned and actual work can be compared.

Hourly, project/task-based or hybrid

Companies do not all operate with one compensation model. Some need traditional hourly tracking. Others organise work around projects/task or piecework. Some combine both: ordinary work is hourly while selected projects produce an additional result-based component.

TascU can support traditional working-time logging and project/task-based calculation in the same environment, allowing the company to decide which capabilities it actually needs.

Working-time rules do not need to live in spreadsheet formulas

Night work, public holidays, automatic breaks and other time-dependent rules can make manual calculation complicated quickly. TascU can keep part of that logic in the system so new records are treated consistently.

A control point before final calculation

Working-time records do not need to move directly from an employee’s phone into final reporting. Registered records can be reviewed, corrected and confirmed by an administrator, creating a clear control point between everyday use and final company data.

Growing companies need traceability

As more people use the system, roles, permissions and history become more important. Not everybody needs access to everything, while administrators still need to understand when important information changed.

The purpose of TascU is not to make workforce management more complicated. The complexity that already exists in the company should remain behind the scenes while everyday employee use stays simple and managers get one coherent operational view.
